1-6

I want to be real
even if no one reads this
G-d, let it be real
and maybe one day someone
will read it and benefit

Walking home from work
I waited for the green light
while others rushed on
as I stood there the red hand
winked, waved, and encouraged me

Moments before sleep
When nothing is familiar
Everything is clear
The subconscious takes over
Maybe this is the real dream

The Knickerbockers
are playing and I’m watching
my dad said to me
I said, “You’ve dated yourself.”
He said, “Not me, but the years.”

Story of my life
Everthing's rainbow colored
It loses its charm
Sometimes you need black and white
Or another one color

If I am older
One must ask, older than what?
You are older too
We are all older than once
And older than someone else
